- Every claim is tied to a named source: a regulator filing, a company statement, a published dataset or field reporting by our own contributors. Where a figure comes from an operator rather than an independent auditor, we say so in the sentence that carries it.
- Scoring
- Scorecards are editorial judgements on a 0 to 100 scale, built against the OECD, LBMA, IRMA and Ugandan statutory frameworks. They are not certifications and confer no accreditation on any operator.
- Right of reply
- Operators named in a critical finding are offered a right of reply before publication. Responses received after publication are added to the article and the modification date is updated.
- Corrections
- Errors of fact are corrected at the top of the affected article with the date of the change. Readers can request a correction through the contact form.
